1Words we use
"Pets" are Adopt Me pets (Normal, Neon and Mega, with or without Fly and Ride) that you deposit, wager, win or withdraw on the site. "Pet Coins" are the site balance: every pet has a value in Pet Coins, set by PetPlay. "Bots" are the Roblox accounts PetPlay runs to receive deposits and send withdrawals. "PetBot" is the house player you can add to a Color Dice duel. "Staff" means the PetPlay owner, admins and moderators.
2Who can play
- You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live if that is higher.
- Taking part must be legal where you live. Checking that is your responsibility.
- You must not have been banned from PetPlay before.
- We can ask you to prove your age or that you own your Roblox account, and limit your account until you do.
3Your account
You log in by proving you own a Roblox account (for example, by putting a phrase we give you in your Roblox profile). We never ask for your Roblox password. That Roblox account is your PetPlay account.
- Keep your Roblox account safe. You are responsible for everything done on your PetPlay account.
- Don't sell, share, lend or give away your account.
- If you lose access to your Roblox account, tell us on Discord as soon as possible.
4One account per person
Each person may have one account. Alt accounts, and letting other people use your account, are not allowed. So is alt farming: playing against your own accounts or friends on purpose to move items, boost wagers or rankings, or claim rewards or giveaways more than once. Staff decide what counts as abuse and may ban every linked account without warning.
5Pets, coins and values
- Pets, coins and every value on the site are virtual game items. They can't be exchanged for real money, and values are estimates that change.
- A pet's value comes from the value set by staff, its in-game Cosmic value, or its in-game RAP. A pet with no value can't be deposited.
- When you place a bet, the values shown at that moment are the ones that count.
- We can fix or remove coins and pets that reached an account by mistake, through a bug, abuse or fraud.
- PetPlay is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games. Their names, pets and images belong to them.
6Trade bots, deposits and withdrawals
You deposit by trading pets to one of our bots in Adopt Me, and withdraw by receiving them from a bot. Start the deposit or withdrawal on the site first, then trade the bot shown there.
- Always check the bot's exact username on the site before trading. Our bots never message you first and never ask you to trade another account.
- Only pets are accepted. Each pet is counted at its PetPlay value in Pet Coins.
- Confirmed trades are final. We can't get back items sent to an account that isn't one of our bots.
- We can delay, check or refuse a deposit or withdrawal if we suspect fraud, abuse or a mistake, or if no bot is available.
- Some pets won on the site (for example from staff-added upgrader stock) are paid out by staff instead of a bot. You'll be told to open a ticket on our Discord to receive them.
- Our bots are normal Roblox accounts. If Roblox or the game bans, resets or limits a bot, trades can be delayed or fail.
7Games
- Color Dice and Coinflip are played between players. A game starts when every seat is filled and can't be cancelled after that. Before each game a seed commitment (hash) is shown so you can check the result afterwards on the Fairness page.
- The winner gets the pot minus a fee, taken from the pot. The current fees are listed on the Fairness & fees page.
- PetBot: the creator of a Color Dice duel can add PetBot to the open seat. PetBot plays the normal game with the same dice and rules and bets from the house balance. Once it joins, nobody else can join that duel.
- Mines, Crash and the Upgrader are played against the house and include a house edge. The chance or multiplier shown is the one used.
- If a game fails or something unusual happens, staff decide how it is settled, and that decision is final.
8Upgrader
In the Upgrader you put in pets or coins and aim for a more valuable target. The win chance shown on the wheel is the real chance, worked out from your stake, the target's value and the house edge (which can be higher for some targets, such as Megas). If you win, you get the target; if you lose, your stake is gone. The win chance has a minimum and a maximum.
9Daily rewards, drops and giveaways
- Daily reward cases, pet drops and giveaways are free bonuses. Their rules (like a minimum level, recent deposit or wager) are shown with them.
- Winners are picked as described. We can remove entries or claims that break the rules or come from alts.
- We can change or stop any reward, drop or giveaway at any time.
10Tips
- Tips are gifts and can't be reversed once sent. You may need to wager a minimum amount before you can tip.
11Chat
Chat is public. Be respectful, don't share personal information, don't advertise other sites and don't offer trades off the site. Staff can delete messages, mute or ban users. We don't check every message and aren't responsible for what other players write.
12No refunds
Bets, game results, tips and confirmed trades are final and are not refunded. Items lost to a banned or reset bot, a banned Roblox account, or a trade with an account that isn't ours are not refunded. If our own mistake cost you items, we may choose to make it right, but this is never guaranteed and we'll ask for proof such as trade screenshots or a video.
13Not allowed
- Using scripts, exploits, bugs or any unfair way to play, or helping others do it. Found a bug? Report it on Discord.
- Scamming, tricking or pressuring players, or pretending to be staff, a bot or someone else.
- Harassing, threatening, spamming or discriminating against anyone.
- Getting around a lock, ban or limit, for example with a new account or a VPN.
- Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the site, the bots or other accounts.
- Using the site for fraud, laundering or anything illegal.
14Play responsibly
Play for fun, only with items you can afford to lose. Set yourself limits, take breaks and never chase losses. If playing stops being fun or causes you problems, stop and talk to someone you trust or a support service in your country. You can ask us on Discord to lock or close your account at any time.
15Locks, bans and appeals
If we find or reasonably suspect a rule break, we can, without warning: mute, lock (you can still play, but can't deposit, withdraw, tip or host giveaways) or ban the account and linked accounts, remove it from leaderboards, cancel prizes, and hold or remove its balance and pets. To appeal, open a ticket on our Discord. An appeal doesn't guarantee anything, and the decision after review is final. You can stop using the site at any time; withdraw what you want to keep first. We can also close accounts or shut down the site.
16Our content
The PetPlay name, logo, design, text and code belong to us. Use the site as intended, but don't copy, resell or reuse any of it without our permission.
17No guarantees and our liability
The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be online, error-free or secure. It depends on Roblox and Adopt Me, and changes or outages on their side can affect it. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost pets, coins or data, or any other loss from using the site, including games you lose, trades with accounts that aren't ours, outages, bugs, or actions Roblox takes against your account. Where the law doesn't allow this, our responsibility is limited to the value of the items you had on the site at the time. You use the site at your own risk.
18Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we'll announce important changes on the site or our Discord. Using PetPlay after a change means you accept the new terms.
